Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Junior/Middle Email Marketing Manager for a partner Brainer based in France. You will own transactional emails and automated flows, drive trial sign-ups, and improve retention through targeted campaigns.

You will work across international markets, localizing content, crafting engaging English copy, and testing new approaches to boost conversions. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing learning in a fast-growing digital product environment.

Qualifications

1+ year of professional email marketing experience
Experience with subscription-based models and customer lifecycle

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and maintain transactional email communications
Develop, implement, and optimize automated email flows (trial onboarding, subscription conversion, retention)
Grow trial registrations via email
Design and optimize email warm-up sequences
Localize emails for international markets
Write engaging English email copy and code templates
Plan and execute A/B tests to improve engagement
Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Research industry trends to improve channel
Collaborate with teams to support product growth
