Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Retail Marketing Manager based in France for Europe-wide brand activation and retail growth. You will lead cross-market campaigns, in-store experiences, and partner activations across five European markets while adapting global assets for local needs.

You will own the retail marketing strategy, coordinate launches with country teams and HQ, brief creatives, manage suppliers, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.
• Experience in sports, outdoor, consumer electronics, or a comparable branded consumer goods environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing point-of-sale concepts, in-store brand experiences, and retail campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience briefing creative and design projects, commissioning suppliers, managing production timelines, and coordinating delivery of physical marketing materials within budget.

Responsibilities

• Own the retail marketing strategy and execution across five European markets and distributor-led territories.
• Coordinate product launches and campaigns with regional teams and HQ.
• Brief and manage POS and display design projects, source suppliers, and oversee production schedules.
• Adapt global brand assets for European markets and develop regional solutions.
• Lead the European retail marketing rollout of product launches and ensure timely execution.
