Palo Alto Networks is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a high-performance team of field sellers and execute strategies that maximize revenue across global customers. This role is remote and requires steering a dynamic, cross-geography sales organization to achieve ambitious quotas and growth.

You will develop talent, drive territory planning, and help customers transform with our zero-trust security architecture, while reporting to the Sales leadership in a fast-paced cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry.
• Experience with channel and partner sales models.
• Proven leader with the ability to create high-performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment.
• Track record of consistently delivering revenue numbers and goals while maintaining a focus on team development and growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of field sellers and drive strategy to maximize business growth.
• Develop and manage the team to generate revenue and achieve quotas.
• Coach direct reports on territory planning, forecasting, and closing opportunities.
• Oversee team selling opportunities and drive bookings, revenue growth, and forecast accuracy.
• Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C-suite, to build open, trusting relationships.
