Palo Alto Networks is actively seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant Manager to lead its District Solutions Consulting team from remote locations. You will guide technical solutions, mentor staff, and work with sales to ensure customer value realization across on-premises, cloud, and security operations services.

You will partner with DSMs and cross-functional teams to define implementations, optimize resources, and drive growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager or similar
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist
• Knowledge of security product market trends and competition
• Ability to deliver comprehensive security solutions to customers
• Proven collaboration with Customer Support and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Talent Acquisition & Development for Solutions Consultants in the territory.
• Team mentorship, training, and career development planning.
• Field support for complex evaluations and challenging environments.
• Lead technical validation efforts to ensure a technical win.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Professional Services, CS, and Specialists.
• Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and share security trends.
• Drive Platformization and align with strategic plans.
• Manage escalations with pre- and post-sales teams.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and reference accounts.
• Contribute product feedback to PM and R&D for feature requests.
• Develop a regional technical strategy with DSM and identify target markets.
