Job summary

Sekoia is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the Technical Account Management team. Trained on our platform, you will become your customers' trusted technical liaison, orchestrating their adoption from onboarding to renewal.

You will analyze architectures, lead practical workshops, and contribute to upsells and renewals thanks to your expertise, working with the CSM and Sales to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical role (Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager).
• Experience in consulting or project management for SIEM implementations; knowledge of SOC/CSIRT/BlueTeam is a plus.
• Curious about new trends and technological developments.
• Strong teaching and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration; basics of Python development.
• Familiarity with cyber defense standards (MITRE, NIST).
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical analysis and optimization of architecture and usage after signing to identify optimization points.
• Co-facilitate practical workshops with the CSM to build user skills and demonstrate new features.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; formulate corrective action plans with customers.
• Conduct periodic health checks; review configuration and provide product feedback for roadmap.
• Serve as primary contact for major incidents with the CSM; coordinate investigations and communicate with customers.
• Support renewal preparation with demonstrations and ROI arguments; identify upsell opportunities.
• Liaise with Support, Product, R&D, and Infrastructure to gather, prioritize, and relay customer feedback.
