Horizon3.ai is a remote cybersecurity company focused on autonomous pentests and security assessments. We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage a portfolio of mid-market customers in the EMEA region, driving adoption, value realization, retention, and growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to shape the customer experience and ensure successful outcomes across the NodeZero platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS cybersecurity environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and enterprise security concepts.
• Ability to align solutions to business priorities and present to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of EMEA mid-market customers as post-sales technical advisor.
• Guide adoption of NodeZero platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver onboarding and enablement to drive platform adoption and value realization.
• Identify customer needs and advise on remediation and security strategy.
• Support retention and growth through proactive engagement and renewals.
