Job summary

RIOT in Paris seeks a Customer Success professional to manage a high-volume Mid-Market portfolio and drive retention and expansion. You will align product usage with client needs, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to maximize value and renewal rates.

The role requires native French and fluent English, strong communication, and negotiation skills. You will become a trusted cybersecurity partner helping clients reduce risk and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High-volume portfolio management experience.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on value delivery.
• Experience in tech industry CS/AM roles.
• Fluency in English and native French.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of a portfolio of ~120 Mid-Market customers, balancing retention and expansion.
• Drive retention at scale by preventing churn and ensuring continued value from the product and modules.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within your portfolio.
• Advise customers on best product usage to unlock additional value.
• Prepare and lead onboarding calls and business check-ins with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support expansion and improve the customer experience.
• Collect and share customer feedback and expansion signals to influence product evolution.
