Alan, a health tech leader in France, is hiring for its Corporate team to scale regulated development with automation. You will design end-to-end compliant processes, build tooling to streamline regulatory work, and collaborate with privacy, legal, and security experts across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

The role offers mentorship, growth across topics and countries, and a fast-paced, no‑nonsense culture.

Qualifications

• Experience turning manual work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code/low-code tools and AI.
• Interest in regulated processes and ability to ramp up quickly on new domains.
• Proficiency in French and English (professional level).

Responsabilités

• Shipped a first system to give teams a simple, fast way to obtain what they need from Corporate.
• Own at least one end-to-end process and its automated solution after launch.
• Design scalable solutions that keep Alan compliant while remaining fast.
• Measure impact and drive adoption across teams and countries.
