Job summary

Streem Energy is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to help renewable energy clients maximize Streem’s data-driven services. You’ll support deployments, tailor tools to client needs, and apply AI-assisted approaches to streamline operations across technical and non-technical teams.

Fluency in English and another European language, plus curiosity about AI tools and renewable energy, will help drive outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment with flexible remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout their journey with Streem, from deployment to day-to-day use
• Investigate customer issues and find clear, practical solutions, using automation and AI tools where they can help
• Monitor data quality, identify anomalies and work with the Tech and Product teams to resolve issues
• Configure and improve Streem’s data models and services to meet each client’s needs
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as meter operators, grid operators and energy suppliers
• Build a strong understanding of each client’s objectives, processes and KPIs
• Share customer feedback with Product and Tech teams to improve the service
• Help clients adopt new features and maximize Streem’s solutions
• Look for ways to improve our own operations, including testing and adopting AI-powered tools
