Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Client Partner within its Professional Services team to structure and sell services for deploying RapidResponse. You will engage with senior stakeholders, identify opportunities, and craft SOWs for complex deployments across the North America region, with remote work options in Germany or France.

You should have 7+ years in large-scale software implementations, 5+ years in professional services sales, and strong consulting background. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, process engineering, business, supply chain management or a related field.
• 7+ years industry experience in large scale and complex software implementations with SOW development.
• 5+ years in professional services sales with new customers.
• Willingness to travel 30–60% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales and services opportunities for an assigned book of business and manage engagements throughout the services sale lifecycle.
• Present deployment methodology and phased deployment approaches.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Partner with internal Sales to identify and close new opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive SOWs with cost, time, and resources for client deployments.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand client issues and design direction.
• Build relationships with PS, Product Management, Support, and Sales teams.
• Establish referenceable clients and maintain partner relationships.
• Serve as deployment trusted advisor for customers and partners.
