Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Client Partner to lead consulting and services sales for the North America region while working remotely from Europe. You will structure and sell services to deploy RapidResponse, design change management and integration efforts, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to meet client objectives.

You will travel 30-60% domestically and some international trips, with a focus on expanding referenceable clients and coordinating across PS, Product Management, Support and Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, process engineering, business, supply chain management or a related field.
• 7+ years industry experience in large scale and complex implementations in software consulting services.
• 5+ years in professional services sales with new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales and services opportunities for an assigned book of business and manage ongoing engagements.
• Present deployment methodology and phased deployment recommendations.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Partner with internal Sales to identify and close opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive SOWs outlining costs, time and resources.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand client issues and define design direction.
• Build relationships with PS, Product Management, Support, and Sales teams.
• Help establish referenceable clients for Kinaxis.
• Maintain relationships with partner organizations engaged in Kinaxis deployments.
• Be the deployment trusted advisor for customers and partners.
