Vates is a French software company specializing in Open Source and virtualization, offering remote work flexibility. We seek a Systems Adoption Specialist to bridge business and IS teams, onboard employees, and drive operational excellence across departments.

You’ll shape training content, document best practices, and promote consistent tool usage while collaborating with system admins, developers and data teams to reduce friction and improve usability.

Qualifications

• Must understand how business processes interact with information systems.
• Experience designing and delivering user training or onboarding.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Bridge business users with the Information Systems team.
• Identify friction, improve practices and ensure needs are understood by IS.
• Create training materials and guides for autonomy.
• Promote effective use of business systems and monitor adoption.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for IS.
