Vates is a French software company specializing in Open Source and virtualization, with offices in Grenoble and Paris. We offer a fully remote model with occasional on-site in France, allowing 100% remote work if preferred.

This role leads end-to-end recruitment, engages passive candidates, and partners with hiring managers to build strong talent pools and employer branding. Fluent English is required, and 3–5 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in agency, IT services or in-house
• Fluency in English
• Experience conducting screenings and interviews (HR interviews, competency assessments)
• Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and data reporting
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze recruitment needs with hiring coordinators
• Draft and publish job postings across channels
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies
• Identify passive candidates through headhunting
• Conduct HR screenings and competency-based interviews
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment through offer and onboarding
• Support hiring managers in decision-making and candidate experience
• Build and manage talent pools and employer branding
• Monitor market trends and recruitment best practices
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on projects
