Müller’s Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic BMC Helix Support / Technical Support Analyst to join our remote team. You will deliver superior technical support to our clients using BMC Helix, troubleshooting and resolving issues with installation, configuration, and operations, while guiding customers through implementation and best practices.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, at least 2 years in technical support, and strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience in software/IT services.
• In-depth knowledge of BMC Helix and experience with ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level technical assistance to clients using BMC Helix and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Troubleshoot BMC Helix installation, configuration, and operational issues.
• Guide clients through implementation and effective use of the BMC Helix platform.
• Document problems and solutions to build a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and assist in updates.
• Participate in training sessions and webinars for best practices.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements in customer support.
