Müller's Solutions is seeking a BMC Helix Administrator (Remote) to maintain and optimize our Helix environments. You will administer configurations, manage access, and ensure high availability of service management processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of BMC Helix experience, strong ITSM knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Certifications in BMC or ITSM are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience administering BMC Helix or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of BMC Helix architecture, components, and administration.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management workflows within BMC Helix.
• Remote work capability with clear communication across teams.
• BMC certifications or ITSM training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer BMC Helix applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitor system health and performance to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and end-user training on the platform.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with cross-functional teams.
• Document configurations and best practices for future reference.
• Analyze system functionality to recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on BMC Helix developments and IT service management.
