Müller's Solutions is seeking a BMC Helix Consultant / Solution Architect to join our remote team. You will leverage deep knowledge of the Helix platform to design, implement, and tailor solutions for diverse clients, gathering requirements, and aligning architecture with business processes.

In this role you will lead projects, configure solutions, provide testing support, create documentation, and stay updated on Helix developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or solution architect role focused on BMC Helix.
• Extensive knowledge of the Helix platform, including its architecture and functionalities.
• Proficiency in designing client-centric solutions through understanding business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• BMC Helix certifications are highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements and technical specifications.
• Architect and configure BMC Helix solutions that align with client objectives and workflows.
• Lead the implementation process, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout.
• Provide technical expertise and support during system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and user guides.
• Stay current on BMC Helix updates and industry trends to continually improve solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to enable effective use of Helix solutions.
