• Experience designing end-to-end BD processes focusing on repeatability and scalability.
• Fluent in French; English skills required for collaboration and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote BD team of 20-25 executives and establish a remote operating model with accountability and measurable output.
• Develop playbooks, scripts, and templates for each stage of the BD process and update regularly.
• Oversee end-to-end lead management with defined SLAs to maximize conversion rates.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for senior leadership and drive data-backed optimization.
