Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid social acquisition for one of our products.

You will own strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and health across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other networks. You will manage performance against revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback, LTV) and work with AI-based tools to speed up optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience.
• Large-scale experience running paid social acquisition.
• Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling.
• Strong hands-on TikTok, Meta and Snapchat Ads experience, scaling them profitably.
• Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on.
• Strong understanding of subscription / app economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts.
• Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover from and prevent them.
• Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor.
• Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own the process end-to-end: paid social across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and others: planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting.
• Lead on TikTok: structure, campaigns, bidding, optimization events, testing and strategy.
• Scale spend profitably while meeting payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on revenue data.
• Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budgeting across networks.
• Decide budget allocation across networks and discover new scaling levers.
• Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
• Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization and attribution.
• Operate in policy-sensitive niches with compliant ads and recovery processes.
• Protect account health with backups and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with platform reps on betas and new formats.
• Diagnose drops/spikes quickly and act on them.
• Document tests, learnings and playbooks; use Claude/automation to speed up builds.
