Qualifications

• Five+ years in hands-on B2B sales development.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calls.
• CRM proficiency and pipeline discipline.
• Ability to tailor messages by industry or buyer persona.
• Explain pipeline decisions and provide analytical feedback clearly.
• Prior tech-sales or AI-related work is useful.
