Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales/CRM operations with at least 2 on-platform.
• 4–6 years leading CRM builds or migrations.
• Experience with SQL, API, data-model and reconciliation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess CRM records, automations and workflows against policy.
• Identify data-integrity, permission, configuration errors and gaps.
• Propose recommended system state and evidence-based guidance.
• Able to work remotely and coordinate with IXO.
