Analyze talent markets and document clear findings that inform role requirements and selection decisions, with a focus on AI-related or data-intensive work. Flexible, remote collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• At least five years of recruiting, sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Strong consultative engagement and precise communication.
• Ability to organize independent remote work outputs.
• AI-related or data-intensive project experience is useful.
