Responsibilities

• Own AI support agent performance and optimization.
• Maintain accurate knowledge and up-to-date responses.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes and prioritize fixes.
• Design tests to measure impact of changes on agent performance.
• Configure AI behavior, tone, and workflows.
• Improve human handoffs to ensure seamless escalation.
• Identify opportunities to extend AI across products and journeys.
• Monitor new Intercom features and test practical innovations.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance on data needs and integrations.
• Communicate results and recommendations to leadership.
