Jobgether partners with a company in France to hire an AI Tooling Engineer to design and scale an internal agentic platform. You will own the full development lifecycle, build production-ready AI agents, and integrate APIs with secure access across the organization.

You will collaborate with a Principal Engineer, optimize performance and costs, monitor metrics, and deploy cloud-based tools. This remote role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI tech within a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Production software experience with Python and relational databases.
• Proven experience delivering production AI agents with LangGraph.
• Expertise in agent development, tool calling, retrieval/embeddings, prompts, and context design.
• Experience with LLM APIs and cost optimization.
• Experience with MCP or similar protocols.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation methods and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of security, identity management, and least-privilege access.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain an internal AI platform combining agent development, systems integration, and production engineering.
• Design, build, and deploy platform capabilities from design to release.
• Integrate internal systems and SaaS apps via APIs and data models.
