Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI/ML Engineer based in France to design, implement, and scale AI-powered applications for real-world impact. You will work with a mission-driven team to build end-to-end solutions, from data processing and model evaluation to deployment and ongoing improvement, including open-source contributions and collaboration with researchers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on machine learning engineering experience.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications, including at least one production-grade agent.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on implementation.
• Strong understanding of dataset design, evaluation, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, evaluate, deploy, and improve ML systems and AI-powered applications.
• Contribute to open-source AI evaluation infrastructure and tools.
• Mentor partner staff and promote responsible AI practices.
• Document technical decisions and maintain engineering standards.
• Develop production-grade LLM applications and agentic systems.
• Release meaningful innovations as open-source contributions when appropriate.
