Job summary

Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Paris. You’ll advocate for customers, promote product education, and guide users through features to resolve issues efficiently.

You’ll collaborate with a global, multilingual support team, using AI assistants and CRM/ticketing tools to deliver exceptional service. Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with growth opportunities across the Aircall organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a SaaS B2B customer support role or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts.
• Familiar with ticketing tools and CRM systems; comfortable with AI assistants.
