Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integration Engineer (French Speaker) based in France for a remote-first role. You will help customers integrate their e-commerce websites and apps with our AI-powered search platform, guiding onboarding, explaining API integration best practices, and troubleshooting implementations in collaboration with Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams while managing technical inquiries effectively.
• Preferred: Familiarity with JSON and CSV data formats.
• Preferred: Experience with debugging tools (browser dev tools, Postman, API clients).
• Preferred: Understanding of A/B testing, client/server contexts, network routing, and HTTP.
• Preferred: Experience with open-source libraries and JavaScript web app development.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding by understanding technical requirements and guiding e-commerce businesses through the integration process.
• Provide technical guidance on REST APIs, web services, integration best practices, and the use of open-source libraries.
• Troubleshoot technical integration issues in collaboration with customers and Customer Success teams, helping identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Assist customers with product catalog configuration, including catalog data uploads, facet configuration, searchable attributes, sort orders, and search result retrieval.
• Serve as a key communication link between customers and internal technical resources, responding promptly to inquiries with clear, practical explanations.
• Explain technical concepts and implementation requirements in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document customer interactions, recurring technical issues, and their resolutions to improve support consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of integration documentation, onboarding materials, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Identify recurring challenges and recommend improvements to integration processes and the overall customer experience.
• Support customers in achieving reliable integrations that improve search relevance and product discovery across their e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
