Paradox EN is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to own our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You will cut, caption, and ship content yourself, using AI to multiply output.

You'll own the channels end to end, managing the content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking while testing hooks and formats to improve growth metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media management/content creation in a fast-moving brand or creator context.
• Portfolio of shipped reels/shorts with growth metrics.
• Experience using Claude or equivalent AI tools weekly to edit/caption/ automate.

Responsabilités

• Build & ship content daily: cut shorts/reels, write hooks, caption, and post.
• Own channels end to end: manage content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking.
