Paradox EN is seeking a hands-on Social Media Builder to own our content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll cut, caption, and post directly, leveraging AI to scale output without waiting for a separate video team.

You’ll work with Claude Code daily to automate repurposing and generate variations, while tracking performance with native analytics and GA4. A fast-paced, results-driven startup vibe awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media management/content creation.
• You can show what you've shipped: reels/shorts, growth numbers.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI tools for editing, captioning and automation.
• Comfortable on camera or directing talent is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the hands-on builder behind Paradox's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts; cut, caption, and ship content using AI.
• Own the channels end-to-end: content calendar, posting, community replies, performance tracking.
• Hunt what works: test hooks, formats, and posting times; kill underperformers quickly.
• Leverage Claude Code to automate repurposing and generate caption/hook variations.
• Read data from native analytics and GA4 to amplify growth and engagement.
• Contribute to growth loops with Growth and Content to feed winning angles.
