Creative Fabrica is seeking a TikTok Creator to own and grow our TikTok channel from Amsterdam HQ. You will personally create, present, and publish videos, experimenting with formats and storytelling to captivate audiences.

You will leverage AI tools, stay on top of trends, and build recurring series with high publishing velocity. A strong English ability and a creator mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of short‑form experience creating TikTok or creator-led content.
• Proven organic results with short‑form content that generates views and engagement.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, hooks, pacing, retention and storytelling.
• On‑camera confidence and a strong public persona.
• End-to-end production skills from concept to publication with basic editing.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to leverage analytics for optimization.
• AI curiosity and excellent spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Own the TikTok channel and grow views, reach and audience.
• Create and appear on camera; publish content consistently.
• Develop original concepts around AI and creativity; experiment with formats.
