Creative Fabrica is seeking an Instagram Channel Manager to own and grow our Instagram presence from Amsterdam HQ. You will drive reach, views, engagement, and audience growth while shaping formats, hooks, and stories that resonate with our creator community.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of Video Editors, Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, and Educational Content Producers, owning performance and continuously testing new formats to scale what works.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing and growing Instagram or creator-led accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and Reels discovery and distribution.
• Strong sense for hooks, pacing, and retention.
• Ability to brief designers and editors and translate launches.

Responsabilités

• Own the Instagram channel and grow views, reach, and audience.
• Publish across Reels, feed posts, carousels, Stories.
• Develop original concepts around AI and creativity.
• Identify trends and turn opportunities into content.
• Collaborate with Video Editor, Designers and PM to translate launches.
• Maintain high publishing velocity and test formats.
