Paradox EN is seeking a hands-on social media builder to own the company’s content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll cut, caption, and post content directly, using AI to multiply output without waiting for a separate video team.

You’ll leverage Claude Code daily to repurpose long-form footage, generate hooks, and experiment with formats while tracking performance and growth metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of social media management and content creation experience.
• Proven ability to build and ship content independently using AI tools.
• Comfortable with on-camera work or directing talent when needed.

Responsabilités

• Build & ship content daily across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Own channels end-to-end: calendar, posting, community replies, performance tracking.
• Test hooks, formats, and posting times; kill underperforming formats quickly.
• Leverage Claude Code daily to automate repurposing and generate variations.
• Read data from platform analytics and GA4 to optimize growth.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content to feed winning angles into new formats.
