Paradox EN is seeking a marketing operator who will own marketing outcomes end-to-end, from strategy to hands-on execution, leveraging AI to scale campaigns. The role requires 3–5 years of marketing experience, with fluency in French and English, and offers remote work or a Dubai office option.

You will own KPIs, manage paid and organic channels, and collaborate with Growth, Social, and Content teams to drive a lean, high-impact marketing engine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing with strategic and hands-on execution experience
• Portfolio of tests, landing pages, automations, and audiences
• Experience using AI daily to create leverage and solve complex issues

Responsabilités

• Own channel strategy & execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing.
• Run campaigns hands-on: briefs, copy, targeting, launch, analysis.
• Leverage AI daily to build assets, automate reporting, generate creative variations.
• Read data in GA4, ad platforms, and Looker Studio; reallocate budget quickly.
• Coordinate Growth, Social, and Content Factory efforts to reinforce channels.
• Report outcomes with data-backed recommendations to leadership.
