Joko USA Inc. is seeking a Social Media Manager to own the strategic distribution of Joko’s voice across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You will bridge creative production with algorithmic performance, using a data-first approach and AI tools to maximize reach and engagement while maintaining Joko’s tone. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, you will translate trends into briefs for the Content Creator, manage dashboards, and expand the social ecosystem via creator collaborations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Social Media Strategy, Growth Marketing, or Brand Management.
• Strategic thinker who connects long-term brand vision with day-to-day content.
• Proficient in data visualization and turning metrics into narratives.
• Creative, editorial excellence with strong French and English writing.

Responsabilités

• Own social media growth and distribution across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Optimize content using AI tools; test formats, hooks, and cadence for reach.
• Collaborate with Creative, Growth, and Brand teams to align on briefs.
• Lead human-in-the-loop for high-impact interactions and brand safety.
• Monitor trends and translate insights into actionable creative direction.
• Own dashboards, share insights, and drive strategy with performance data.
• Expand ecosystem through creator collaborations and ambassador programs.
