Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Account Payment Manager based in France to support onboarding of payment partners, PSPs, EMIs, and banks in a fully remote European role. You will coordinate documentation, review KYB material, and maintain clear communications with external partners.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, track onboarding progress, and maintain well-organized records, contributing to efficient payment operations across global clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or related operations.
• Intermediate English proficiency; able to communicate with international partners and handle professional documentation.
• Experience in fintech/payments is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of PSPs, EMIs, and banking partners ensuring all steps are completed efficiently.
• Prepare, review, and submit onboarding documentation and KYB materials.
• Maintain regular communication with partners and track onboarding progress to meet deadlines.
• Monitor onboarding statuses and address delays or bottlenecks with cross-functional teams.
• Keep accurate records of onboarding activities and partner information.
