Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or related fields.
• Experience developing or applying structured review standards (audit programs, checklists, rubrics).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze information across multiple financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi-step finance and accounting tasks based on practical workflows (FP&A, reporting, audits, reconciliations).
• Develop clear task instructions and objective grading rubrics for consistent evaluation.
• Create challenging scenarios requiring professional judgment and sound financial reasoning.
• Prepare or source supporting materials (spreadsheets, general ledger extracts, financial statements, policy docs).
• Review tasks for clarity and gradability, flag ambiguous or non-assessable items.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule with quality and consistency.
