Jobgether is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist International based in France to optimize payment operations across multiple markets and products. You will manage PSP accounts, implement new payment solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving conversion and cost efficiencies in a remote-first setup.

The role emphasizes regional expansion, PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay expertise, and strong vendor relationships, with French fluency and English capability as key requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments industry (PSP account management / SaaS or e-commerce).
• Hands-on PSP accounts management in a commercial environment.
• Experience implementing payment solutions with technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and international PSPs.
• Read logs, inspect API calls, and communicate with developers.
• Experience with subscription billing platforms is a plus.
• Fluent French; English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payment activities, PSP accounts, configurations and routing.
• Optimize payment methods and vendor ROI across markets.
• Coordinate with Technology and Product teams on new payment solutions.
• Establish merchant accounts and expand into new markets.
• Improve conversion and reduce payment costs.
• Negotiate fees and contracts to optimize costs.
• Maintain PSP documentation and governance.
