Job summary

SmartSD, a leading distributor in video surveillance, access control and intrusion and fire detection systems, seeks a sales professional to develop and maintain strong customer relationships in France. You will identify new customers, manage your portfolio and promote SmartSD products while collaborating with Finance, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure a superior customer experience.

Experience in remote sales and a strong command of French are essential; English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Interest in the security industry and video surveillance.
• Experience in remote sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• Enjoy challenges and are motivated by achieving targets.
• Proficient in IT tools, particularly CRM systems.
• Team player who works collaboratively.
• Fluent French (spoken and written). English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers.
• Actively approach and acquire new customers to strengthen SmartSD's market presence.
• Identify target companies and key decision-makers.
• Manage and follow up on your own customer portfolio.
• Promote new SmartSD products to customers.
• Identify sales opportunities by consolidating customer needs in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure the best customer experience.
