Flexport in Paris, France is seeking an Operations Associate to support the movement of shipments and build efficient regional operations. You will work with account management, customs teams, carriers, and partners to ensure on-time, budget-conscious delivery while contributing to scalable processes and cost-saving initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across internal teams, adherence to SOPs, and a proactive approach to solving client issues in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or completed professional training as forwarding agent.
• 1-2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management with the ability to prioritize a large workload.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Compliance-first attitude in a heavily regulated industry.
• Teamwork and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Be the front line ensuring shipments move on-time and handling exceptions.
• Satisfy internal KPIs and SLAs.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Resolve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination.
• Coordinate logistics with carriers, terminals, and partners.
• Execute end-to-end movement of freight within a regional network.
• Assist shipments managed by partners to drive partner autonomy.
