OVRSEA, Paris-based, is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate international transport, manage service providers, and keep clients informed about shipment progress. You will liaise with agents, carriers, and customs brokers to deliver reliable, high-quality service and drive growth.

This role emphasizes proactive planning, pricing, invoicing collaboration, supplier relations, and team knowledge development.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken French.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and provider interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
• Structured and rigorous in monitoring accounts and processes.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn the transport domain.

Responsabilités

• Global transport operations for imports/exports across air, sea, road, and rail.
• Operational planning and pricing of international transport, including quotations and process improvements.
• Manage customer invoicing and explain differences between quotations and billing.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate with carriers and agents; support team knowledge growth.
