Monster Energy seeks a Region Manager to own the growth engine for a territory, building and accelerating all sales activities, forging strong relationships with retailers, distributor leadership, and broker partners.

You will drive aggressive top-line growth while protecting profitability, collaborating with distributor directors to translate corporate vision into flawless execution and leading high-impact field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience, leadership role preferred.
• 7+ years in retail, broker and distributor sales environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office.
• English fluency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the growth engine for your territory and drive top-line growth.
• Build and lead relationships with retailers, distributor leadership, and broker partners.
• Manage day-to-day relationships and joint business planning with distributor.
• Lead distributor incentives to drive field sales engagement.
• Develop direct reports and field execution standards.
• Collaborate to translate corporate vision into flawless execution.
