Centric Software is seeking a Strategic Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across strategic Retail markets in Europe. This role is 100% remote in EMEA with initial focus on Grocery and Multi-Category Retail, combining ABM, demand generation, thought leadership and executive engagement.

You will report to the EMEA Marketing Director and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Field Marketing, and external agencies to drive pipeline growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing.
• Proven ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts.
• Experience coordinating external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel for strategic events.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution capabilities.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute strategic growth plans.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for strategic Retail industries across Europe, initially Grocery and Multi-Category Retail.
• Identify market opportunities, customer challenges, competitive positioning and commercial priorities.
• Translate business objectives into measurable marketing plans aligned with regional sales priorities.
• Lead Account-Based Marketing initiatives; own the ABM strategy for European accounts.
• Coordinate external ABM agencies to execute personalized account engagement programs.
• Work closely with Sales to define target account strategies, buying committees and engagement plans.
• Monitor account engagement and marketing contribution to pipeline.
• Drive thought leadership and content strategy; define content priorities and coordinate executive content.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and market relevance.
• Support targeted demand generation and design nurturing programs.
• Ensure campaigns align with buyer personas and account maturity.
