Unframe is seeking a Regional GM in Paris to lead enterprise software sales, land first major customers, and shape the go-to-market strategy. You will partner with the VP of Sales and founders to build a high-performance revenue engine and drive multi-year expansion in regulated industries.

You will translate AI/ML capabilities into compelling business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders, build from scratch in an early-stage environment, and own the enterprise sales roadmap with uncapped upside.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIOs.
Background in AI/ML platforms or digital transformation.

Responsabilités

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles into regulated industries (FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail).
Build pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment and win strategic enterprise accounts.
Translate AI/ML capabilities into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
Architect multi-year expansion strategies and build deep relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and founders to refine the enterprise strategy and influence the product roadmap.
