Aircall is seeking an experienced FDE Lead who will act as a player-coach, building AI Agent solutions on real customer engagements while coaching the regional team. You will own the region’s AIVA metrics, work with sales and customer success, and translate field learnings into scalable playbooks and frameworks.

You will stay hands-on with configuration, deployment, and debugging for strategic accounts, while driving regional enablement and aligning efforts with Product and GTM teams to improve

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or equivalent, with hands-on build/config/shipping experience.
• Experience engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders while delivering technical work.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Co-own the AIVA region number with regional GM, collaborating with AEs, AMs, and CSMs on pipeline and revenue targets.
• Stay hands-on: configure, build, and deploy AI Agent solutions for strategic accounts.
• Coach regional FDE team on execution, configuration, and deployment quality through pairing and reviews.
• Develop global playbooks, reference architectures, and deployment frameworks.
• Drive the region’s go-to-market motion with pipeline hygiene and clear KPIs.
• Lead enablement sessions with Marketing and Enablement teams to spread adoption.
• Represent regional feedback to Product/Engineering to inform roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to grow agentic adoption region-wide.
