Aircall is seeking a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to own regional AIVA goals, configure and deploy AI Agent solutions, and coach a regional FDE team. You will influence roadmap input by translating field feedback to Product and Engineering and drive adoption across the region.

We value hands-on builders with executive presence who can manage complex accounts, collaborate across marketing, support, and GTM teams, and own outcomes with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and shipping integrations or agent solutions.
• Comfortable with APIs and integrations; capable to work with programming languages.
• Ability to align technical delivery with revenue outcomes and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Co-own the region's AIVA number with regional GM and partner with sales/CS on pipeline and targets.
• Build, configure, and deploy AI Agent solutions for strategic accounts, leading by hands-on work.
• Coach regional FDE team on technical execution and deployment quality through pairing and review.
