Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, seeks a Forward-Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions. You will design workflows connecting the AI Agent with CRMs and help desks, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

This hybrid role focuses on technical consulting, project leadership, and AI adoption strategy, not pure software engineering.

Qualifications

• 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
• Client facing experience required.
• Technical skills: APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
• Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, including prompts, evaluation, and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer discovery and design sessions to map business processes and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low/no-code platforms and CRM tools with API connectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share learnings for product improvements.
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent, intents, prompts, actions, and metrics.
• Manage complex, cross-functional deployments with timelines and scope.
• Create reusable frameworks and templates for faster future projects.
• Train peers, run internal workshops, and document best practices.
• Run global outbound campaigns within the existing customer base to generate pipeline.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to drive product pipeline and performance tracking.
• Own regional targets for AI products by coordinating with AEs and AMs.
• Act as an internal product owner within GTM and shape roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product and PMM to align AI Agent roadmap with customer needs.
• Drive internal and external product education for system integrators and partners.
• Maintain awareness of AI and CX trends to inform strategy.
