Aircall in Paris seeks a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to own the region's AIVA number, while hands-on configuring and deploying AI Agent solutions for strategic accounts. You'll coach the regional FDE team and turn your work into scalable playbooks and frameworks used company-wide.

The role requires senior technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to influence VP and C-suite stakeholders as part of a startup within Aircall, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing and GTM

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a comparable role.
• Proven track record of building and shipping integrations or agent solutions.
• Comfortable with APIs and at least one programming language.
• Ability to align technical delivery with regional revenue outcomes.
• Experience engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Co-own the region's AIVA number with the regional GM, and collaborate with AEs, AMs, and CSMs on pipeline and revenue targets.
• Stay hands-on and technically active: configure, build, and deploy AI Agent solutions on strategic accounts.
• Coach and upskill the regional FDE team on execution, deployment quality, and hands-on review.
• Develop and evolve global playbooks, reference architectures, and deployment frameworks.
• Drive the region's go-to-market motion with pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and KPIs.
• Lead enablement sessions and collaborate with Enablement to support agentic adoption.
• Translate field feedback to Product/Engineering for roadmap input.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand agentic adoption with Marketing, Support, and GTM teams.
