Aircall is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver low-code AI solutions for Aircall customers. You will design, implement, and operationalize workflows that connect the AI Agent with CRMs, help desks, and communication tools, driving scalable adoption and value.

You’ll lead customer discovery, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and develop reusable frameworks to accelerate future projects. This role blends technical consulting, project leadership, and GTM enablement in a hybrid

Qualifications

0-6+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration PM.
Client-facing experience required.
Strong API, webhook, and data-structure skills (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
Experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRMs is a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead customer discovery and design sessions to map business processes and define solution architecture.
Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms and CRM automation tools with API connectors.
Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share learnings for product improvements.
Configure and optimize the AI Agent by defining intents, prompts, actions, and metrics.
Manage complex cross-functional deployments with timelines and stakeholders.
