Aircall seeks a Forward‑Deployed Engineer to own end‑to‑end delivery of low‑code AI solutions for Aircall customers. You’ll connect AI Agents with CRMs, help desks, and communication tools, while leading cross‑functional initiatives and building reusable frameworks.

You will translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions, collaborating with Product and Engineering to refine Aircall’s platform and drive AI adoption across SMBs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and troubleshooting integrations using APIs/webhooks.
• Understanding of AI workflow configuration, prompts, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with low‑code orchestration tools and CRM automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions to map processes and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations with CRM tools and API connectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share field learnings.
