Aircall is hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer to deliver end-to-end, low-code AI solutions for SMB customers. You’ll connect the AI Agent with CRMs and help desks, design reusable frameworks, and drive cross-functional deployments that scale.

The role emphasizes technical consulting, project leadership, and AI adoption strategy. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration‑focused project management.
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code orchestration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato) and CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects, working with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Growth mindset — constantly learning new tools, frameworks, and ways to improve the customer experience and team capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and design sessions to map processes and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low/no-code platforms and CRM automation with API connectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share learnings.
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent with intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, and metrics.
• Manage complex, cross‑functional deployments with timelines and scope.
• Create scalable models and reusable frameworks for future projects.
• Train peers and run internal workshops to raise capability across the team.
• Run outbound campaigns within the existing customer base to generate pipeline.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to drive product pipeline and performance tracking.
• Own regional top‑line targets by collaborating with AEs and AMs.
• Act as internal product owner within GTM—defining MRR strategies and coordinating support.
• Collaborate with Product and PMM to shape the AI Voice Agent roadmap.
• Drive product education for System Integrators and channel partners.
• Maintain awareness of AI and CX trends to stay competitive.
