Unisoninfra is seeking a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions in France. You will manage the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing to closing—while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a proven track record in end-to-end deal closure, and the ability to work across France with autonomy within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales or business development or related field.
• Proven experience negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage an origination pipeline end-to-end from lead to close.
• Serve as the first contact for prospects with a consultative sales approach.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline and closing targets.
• Monitor pipeline health using KPIs, funnel activity and forecasts.
• Contribute to CRM improvements, lead generation and origination processes.
• Support strategic initiatives and market development across France.
